Decision Topology: A Framework for Ethics Under Irreversibility

Decision Topology is my attempt at an ethical floor, not a ceiling. It asks one question: whose futures are being closed, and did they genuinely take part in the closing? It doesn't tell you what the best choice is. It tries to name what shouldn't be done, from small personal decisions up to policy and AI systems. It's openly licensed, so you're welcome to use and adapt it.
